Customer Rights
Please note, the following information applies only to orders made on the website of our online store. Goods bought elsewhere should be returned directly to the seller from which they were initially bought.
You may cancel an order within 7 working days at any time, starting on the day after the goods are received. In this situation, in line with our refund policy(below), you will obtain a full refund of the price paid for the goods.
To cancel the order, you must directly contact us by calling +6011-56273602 or in writing support@amaron36.com. After informing us of the termination, you must also return the goods to us as soon as reasonably, and at your own cost.
When goods are in your possession, you have a legal obligation to take good care of the goods. We may have a right of recourse against you for compensation if you fail to comply with this obligation. If the battery is in good condition and totally functionable, you will not have the right to cancel an order.
This provision does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer.
Our Refund Policy
To ensure we provide you with the fastest and most convenient service, please contact us in advance of returning goods for refund.
If you return a Product to us:
- Since you have cancelled the contract between us during the cooling-off period of 7 days, we will completely refund the price of the product. However you will be responsible, for the charge of returning the item to us.
- For any other reason, we will check the returned product and inform you within a fair period of time regarding any refund due via phone or e-mail. If we want to refund the price of a faulty product, we will refund in full the price of the product, any relevant shipping fees and any fair costs incurred by you when returning the item to us.
Usually, we will process any refund issued to you as soon as possible, in any circumstance, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation / we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund.
As there is a flat charge for delivery we will not refund delivery charges where you only return part of an order.
